AIRBNB
Airbnb is a website that allows you to rent people’s homes (think bed and breakfast, without the breakfast). This is a great option if you would like to either live like a local, stay with a larger group of people, find a budget friendly option, or you’re just feeling adventurous. The site offers a variety of types of lodging (from studio apartments to multi-bedroom homes).
If you have not used Airbnb before, we recommend that you do some research or get guidance from a friend who has experience using the service before you dive in. This is a sort of “book at your own risk” situation, but we have personally had several positive experiences using Airbnb.
